Star Trek
Star Trek was one of those iconic shows I grew up with. So the opportunity to add my name to the long list of artists who have created the franchise was an honor. My contribution dealt mostly with Spock's ship. I played a little visual pun in designing the cockpit - the triangle intersecting the circle is a reference to the Vulcan IDIC symbol from the original television show. And since the character's identity is still a mystery at this point in the film, I wanted this to be a tip off to all the Trekkies in the audience.
